For 14 years, Matthew has produced Electronica music under the pseudonym “SynthR”. He has received airplay on CBC Radio One, McMaster University, Mohawk College and on radio stations across the world. In 2009, Matthew combined his passion for music with his love of video games and began producing music for independent video game developers at no charge. SynthR can be heard within games featured on Microsoft’s Xbox Games Store, Steam, Kongregate and the iTunes Store.

Being raised in a musical family, Matthew’s love for music started at an early age. Upon receiving his first computer he began writing music with a close friend in 1997. Being heavily influenced by video game music and 90′s Euro Dance, Matthew’s musical work is often described as blippy, battle music infused with uplifting energy.
